Your child should be walking confidently when they start the class which aims to build upon their agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination skills. Parents and children are encouraged to work around the circuit of equipment whilst being supported and guided by trained staff. Tumble Tots understands the importance of repetition in the learning processes of children. The circuit of equipment allows for repetition of an activity to take place which builds upon not only a child’s learning processes but builds confidence whilst on the equipment! During the class parents and children are encouraged to take part in carefully constructed Circle Times which aim to enhance a child’s language development through body identification rhymes and action songs. Children who attend the class also continue to build their social skills by interacting with other children in the class.

Subscription: Tumble Tots Mid Cheshire operate classes during school term time only. Classes run roughly in line with Cheshire East school terms. Your monthly payment plan holds your regular place in class and covers your class fees with one monthly amount. When cancelling, please give 30 days notice in writing (email is fine). For anyone leaving at the end of the summer term, the final payment is due on 1st August. For anyone joining in September, the first monthly payment will be on 1st September.
We cannot offer refunds for missed classes. However, we can usually find a suitable class to accommodate a catch-up session. Catch-ups are a courtesy service and are subject to availability (we have to ensure that we do not exceed our cover limits). They don’t need to be done during the same week as the missed class and can even be planned in ahead of time for things like long holidays etc, but they should be taken during the same half term block as the missed session (they’re not usually “banked” or rolled over to later half term blocks). Likewise, if you’re planning to be away, then it would be hugely appreciated if you could let us know, so that your space might be used that week for someone else if needed.
If extreme weather, or a major incident, prevent us from operating a session, we will try to contact you in advance of your class, as well as post on our Facebook page. In that situation you will either be offered a refund for the class or a catch-up session.
The equipment is for use by Tumble Tots members only. Adults and non-member siblings must not climb on or use the large equipment. Siblings are welcome to join in at Circle Time and use the co-ordination equipment.
We have children and adults attending who have food allergies. No food or drink is to be taken into the session. Please leave all drinks and food with your shoes/coats in the changing area. Children can of course go to the changing area for a drink at any time during the session.
For safety reasons, children must not use a dummy while on the equipment. Please encourage your child to leave any blankets/cuddly toys in the car/in your bag if you do bring one. The children need both their hands free for climbing and balance.
The safety of your children is our priority but remains your responsibility. Please follow the guidelines above and the advice given to you by Tumble Tots staff. In the event of an accident, please ensure you speak to a member of staff who will alert the First Aider. All accidents must be recorded in the Accident Book.
All children also have to pay a £29 Annual Membership Fee Payable to Tumble Tots (UK) Ltd. Membership provides insurance for class participation and a great membership pack. Membership is not required to attend a single Trial Class.
